What if Explorars deems travel unsafe?

Safety and security are of the utmost importance in our programs. We will not operate any part of a program if the safety of any participant is compromised.

How can we reach our child in case of an emergency?

You can contact the Program Director, whose contact number will be shared with the parent before the program commences.

What type of insurance does Explorars provide?

All program participants are provided with accident and illness related insurance coverage. Any charges not covered by this insurance are the responsibility of the participant.

My child cannot swim, what arrangements can be made for water-related activities?

Non–swimmers have completed rafting activities successfully on all programs. All the participants are equipped with wetsuits, helmets and life jackets of international standards. Certified experts are on every raft along with all first aid necessities handy at all times.

What safety measures exist for rides and what happens when a child feels uncomfortable on one?

All theme parks are risk assessed by international standards. Safety checks are automated on all rides. If the child feels uncomfortable on any ride, there are rides of lower intensity as well.
